Privacy notice

Only what you type into the contact form: name, email, company, phone if you choose to add it, the service you are interested in and your message. The phone field is optional.

We do not ask for financial data, sensitive data or third party information. If you include extra details in your message, they fall under this same notice.

To answer your enquiry, follow up commercially and, if we move forward, prepare a proposal. Nothing else.

We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for advertising, and we do not add you to any mailing list unless you ask.

Form submissions are processed by Resend, a transactional email service, which delivers them to our Google Workspace inboxes. Both act as processors and only handle the data to deliver your message.

The site runs on a hosting provider which, like any web server, logs technical connection data such as the IP address in order to operate and protect the service.

This site uses no advertising or third party tracking cookies. We store two things in your browser, both so the site behaves as you expect: a cookie with the language you chose and a light or dark theme preference in local storage.

If we add measurement or advertising tools later, we will update this notice before switching them on.

We keep your message for as long as it is useful to handle your enquiry or the commercial relationship. If you ask us to delete it, we delete it.

You can request access, correction, deletion or object to the processing of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@kickoffsocial.com from the address you contacted us with.

We answer any such request within twenty business days at most.

If we change how we handle data, we update this notice and the date above. The version in force is always the one published on this page.
